This cake is light and fluffy like a cloud! It’s made from scratch using the whites of our soy free farm fresh eggs. This is my Mom’s recipe that she exhibited yearly at the Vermilion County Fair. I do not remember this being anything other than a blue ribbon winner. Try some for yourself to taste the unique flavor and light and fluffy texture.
